Executive interviews and recruiting videos that sound like your people.

LNR Media produces executive interviews, thought leadership series, testimonials, and recruiting videos for companies in Dallas-Fort Worth and nationwide. We make the people in your firm comfortable on camera, so the finished video sounds like them, not like a script.

Interview-led video, done well

Most interview videos fail for one reason: the person on camera is nervous, and it shows. The fix isn't a better camera. It's preparation, a calm set, and someone asking good questions. We send questions ahead, keep crews small, and run the interview as a conversation so people forget the lights are there.

The formats we make most often:

  • Recruiting and culture films. What it's actually like to work at your company, told by the people who do.
  • Lateral and campus recruiting videos. Short pieces for career pages, job posts, and recruiting events.
  • Thought leadership series. Leaders discussing the issues your clients care about, cut into a series.
  • Executive messages. Announcements and updates from leadership for internal or external audiences.
  • Client testimonials. Customers explaining the result in their own words.

Example: Riveron

For Riveron, the business advisory firm, we've produced a recruiting film and a roundtable thought leadership series. The roundtable's first episode, on the modern tech-enabled CFO, runs nearly ten minutes and is built to be watched in full by finance leaders, then cut into shorter clips. Read the Riveron case study.

What a shoot day looks like

Before the day, we agree on who's being interviewed, what each person should cover, and what B-roll we need around the office. On the day, we set up one interview space and move people through it on a schedule your team controls, then capture the workplace and team in between. Several interviews in one day is normal, which keeps the cost per finished piece down.

If your firm is in law, advisory, or accounting, see law firm video and professional services video for how we approach those audiences.

What clients say

James made the whole process easy. He understood what we wanted to say about the museum and made our team comfortable on camera. The finished video is something we're proud to share.

Abigail Erickson-Torres, President & CEO, Frontiers of Flight Museum

We're plumbers, not actors, and James made it feel easy. The video shows who we are and what we do better than anything we could have put together ourselves.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

We send questions in advance, keep the crew small, and run it as a conversation rather than a performance. We also film more than we need, so the edit can use the moments where people sound most like themselves.
Several, depending on how long each one runs and how many setups you want. We'll build a schedule with your team so people only step away from work for their slot.
Yes, but they're usually different edits. Lateral candidates want to hear about the work and the people they'd join. Campus candidates want culture and growth. We often cut both from one shoot.
Yes. Long-form interviews are the best source for short clips. We plan the cutdowns before the shoot so every interview yields several social pieces.
